In this tab you configure the general message routing.
Always use Mixmaster for News
Setting for the news delivery path. May be overruled by the 'anon switch header'.
Always use Mixmaster for Mail
Setting for the mail delivery path. May be overruled by the 'anon switch header'.
Number of Copies
Copies of Mixmaster messages to be sent.
Use 'Anon Mail S' Host
Use 'Anon Mail (SMTP) Host' for anon messages.
E.g. use the first remailer in the chain as SMTP host for anon messages.
Anon From Mail / News
Mode
Replace the original 'From:' header entry by an 'Anon' address or remove it completely before posting an anonymous mail / news message.
The options are:

Deactivate the replacement resp. suppression only if you're absolutely sure to always select the correct sender address in your news
client, as being negligeant with it may reveal your true identity!
The pseudonym you intend to use with your news postings may be modified or replaced by the last remailer or the M2N gateway before
the message is delivered.
Address
Anon 'From:' for mail / news.
The pseudonym you want to use with your mail / news postings. It may be modified or replaced by the exit remailer (or even the M2N gateway)
before the message is delivered.
Remailer News
Remailer List
Remailer list to be used to anonymize your news messages, and, if their separate chain isn't activated, for mail messages as well.
Entries have to be separated by spaces. '0' means 'any' at the concerning position in the remailer chain.
Chain Selection Dialog
Dialog to enter the specific chain.
Remailer Mail
Activation Checkbox
Use a separate chain for anonymous mail and not the one defined for anon news.
Remailer List
Remailer list to be used to anonymize your mail messages,if activated. Otherwise the list defined for news messages is taken.
Entries have to be separated by spaces. '0' means 'any' at the concerning position in the remailer chain.

M2N Gateway
Activation Checkbox
For news postings use the mail2news gateway instead of the exit remailer.
Gateways
Comma separated address list of the mail2news gateways, where your posting is sent to by the last remailer in order to be listed at the
desired newsgroup(s).
